In the discourse of digital learning and teaching, the perspective of how to integrate digital tools into sustainability focused study programs with the aim of improving students’ competencies for sustainability has to be discussed. Diverse tools as the Mobile Solutions Workshop and digital white-boards, tools for internal and international communication and project management can enable students in acquiring competencies for sustainability. These can be described as strategic, systems-thinking, interpersonal, anticipatory and normative competency which are necessary for educating future change agents for sustainability.
